Customer Services Administrator - Chiswick - 25 - 30 hours per week, school hours available - up to £10.50 per hour + holiday pay. Must be able to commit through to April 2022

Experienced Administrator, with first class communication skills and a high level of accuracy, is required to support the General Manager and Sales Manager within this busy fitness environment. 

Working Monday to Friday between 25 - 30 hours per week, as Customer Services Administrator you will be required to ensure that the club membership system is kept accurate and up to date, in order to maximise the membership revenue, by enforcing club terms and conditions. 

Some of the key responsibilities of the Customer Services Administrator will be:

  • Audit and process new membership paperwork to ensure its accuracy 
  • Recover and process BACS payment rejections
  • Process monthly membership renewals & any refunds
  • Manage and process cancellation requests to authorise their time for ending 
  • Provide weekly and monthly status summary reports

To fulfil the role of Customer Services Administrator you will have / be: 

  • Excellent administration skills 
  • Good working knowledge of Inhouse databases, finance systems a distinct advantage 
  • High level of accuracy 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Pervious experience in a similar role a distinct advantage 

Immediate start through to April 2022 - £10.00per hour - £10.50 per hour + holiday pay
