Temporary Customer Service Assistant - Start ASAP for 3 months - £13- £15ph depending on experience + holiday pay - remote working - 35 hour week - Monday to Friday - German or Italian essential

An exciting opportunity to work for an International events & exhibitions organisation who are based in Richmond. This role can be fully remote, but you will be required to attend an onboarding session in Richmond and to collect your equipment

Working as part of a team you will be providing supporting with data cleansing

Duties of the Customer Service Assistant will be:

  • Working through Excel spreadsheets
  • Calling clients to validate and enrich data
  • Enter all information received in to Salesforce

Previous experience required for the role of Customer Service Assistant will be:

  • Previous customer services experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of using Salesforce an advantage

Start ASAP for approx. 3 months - remote working - hourly rate £13ph - £15ph + holiday pay - laptop provided - 35 hour week
