As Customer Service  Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the customer portal and app designed to put the customer in control of their orders. You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests.

As a long established, growing company, the role of Customer Service Specialist  is an integral part of the company. Hours are 7am-5pm. Monday-Friday.

In the role of Customer Service Specialist you will also: 

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to support portal enquiries.
  • Educate customers on the portal and what is best for their needs.
  • Advocate digital innovation and champion internal training of colleagues
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate value added to their business.
  • Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business relationship further.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Specialist will:

  • Have experience in supporting the release of new digital technology within a business  - new app (minimum 6 months)
  • Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and Office 365 applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

In return the Customer Service IT Specialist will receive a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits 

 Hours are 7am-5pm. Monday-Friday.
