Customer Service Manager - Teddington - 8-5.30
We are looking for someone who has a passion to build and train a team and ensure the team are consistently creating a great customer experience.
£28-32,000 pa dependent on experience, discretionary generous bonus scheme, occasional free lunches, 25 days holiday, social events, good career progression.
Utilise your excellent leadership and customer service skills and work for this busy market leader with over 40 years’ experience in the payroll industry based centrally in Teddington.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the team
- Assistance with recruiting, training, support, guidance and motivation of the customer service team
- Take responsibility to put in place a standard training programme for new & existing employees
- Respond to escalations, to support and advise the team with complex customer queries
- Suggest process improvements
- Act as a key point of contact for internal departments
Person Specification
- Previous team leader or management experience gained within a call centre or customer service led role
- Proven experience of providing training to fellow peers
- First class written and verbal communication skills
Package – Salary – 28k – 32k
