Customer Service Coordinator
International Digital Imaging brand requires a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver a high level of customer support and administration for both internal teams and external customers.
This is a temp to perm opportunity to start immediately. You will be based in Kingston upon Thames - the company are relocating to Surbiton at the end of the year.
circa 20k, dependent on experience - plus excellent benefits, including - medical & dentist, pension, 27 days holiday and travel allowance.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be required to:
- Provide customers with first line communications and support for all enquiries
- Facilitate inbound and outbound logistics - including import & export and warehouse operations
- Provide estimated pricing and quotations for sales and services enquiries
- Review, propose and participate in changes to improve business process and efficiencies, including in-house workflows and documented processes
- Use and maintenance of SAP & CRM - data accuracy, data mining and creating new product data
- Providing support for ad-hoc tasks
To complete the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you will have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Degree level or equivalent
- Proactive, with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Proven office experience, within a customer service or admin role
- Working knowledge of SAP or internal CRMs - would be desirable
- Happy to travel within Europe occasionally
