Customer Service Coordinator 

International Digital Imaging brand requires a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver a high level of customer support and administration for both internal teams and external customers. 

This is a temp to perm opportunity to start immediately. You will be based in Kingston upon Thames - the company are relocating to Surbiton at the end of the year.

circa 20k, dependent on experience - plus excellent benefits, including - medical & dentist, pension, 27 days holiday and travel allowance. 

As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be required to:

  • Provide customers with first line communications and support for all enquiries 
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound logistics - including import & export and warehouse operations 
  • Provide estimated pricing and quotations for sales and services enquiries 
  • Review, propose and participate in changes to improve business process and efficiencies, including in-house workflows and documented processes 
  • Use and maintenance of SAP & CRM - data accuracy, data mining and creating new product data
  • Providing support for ad-hoc tasks

To complete the role of Customer Service Coordinator, you will have: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of customers and colleagues 
  • Degree level or equivalent 
  • Proactive, with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Proven office experience, within a customer service or admin role 
  • Working knowledge of SAP or internal CRMs - would be desirable 
  • Happy to travel within Europe occasionally
