Temporary Customer Service Assistants
To start End of October / Beginning of November for approximately 2 months
Fixed Term contract - £20,600 pro rata
Leading, unique online brand, requires a number of customer service assistants to support them across the festive period.
This is an exciting opportunity, which will require you to engage with people on the telephone, understanding their needs and solving all problems and queries that arise.
You will be required to work on a shift rotation and hours will be 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday (so some weekend work will be required) You will work 40 hours over a weekly period.
To provide Customer Service Support you will have:
- Excellent customer service experience, with proven experience of dealing with a high volume of calls
- Ability to multi-task
- Genuine passion for customer service and getting satisfaction from helping customers
- Strong communication skills
