Temporary Customer Service Assistants **To cover the Christmas Period**
To start End of October / Beginning of November for approximately 2 months - Fixed term contract - Salary £21,100 pro rata, plus holiday pay + discount on products
You will be office based in Central Richmond 1-2 days a week, the rest will be remote.
With Christmas fast approaching, this leading, unique online brand, requires a number of customer service assistants to support them across the festive period.
This is an exciting opportunity, which will require you to engage with people on the telephone, understanding their needs and solving all problems and queries that arise.
You will be required to work on a shift rotation and hours will be 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday (so some weekend work will be required) You will work 40 hours over a weekly period.
To provide Customer Service Support you will have:
- Excellent customer service experience, with proven experience of dealing with a high volume of calls
- Ability to multi-task
- Genuine passion for customer service and getting satisfaction from helping customers
- Strong communication skills
You will receive a salary of £21,100 pro rata + holiday pay and product discounts
Working a 37.5 - 40 hours per week max. 5 days per week on a rota basis, between hours of 8am - 8pm. Occasional Saturdays and possibly the odd Sunday.
