As a long established, highly influential sporting organisation the role of Coordinator (TV & Broadcast) is an integral part of the company. As the Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the day to day management of the video archive. Dealing with the digitisation process, internal and external requests as well as managing the content portal.
  • Assisting with production and distribution of 2 high profile tournaments. Including but not limited to, organisation of site visits, scheduling start times, allocation and booking of commentary positions, design of graphics, SNG (satellite news-gathering) trucks, hiring of ENG (electronic news-gathering) crews and all other activities associated with Live TV Production.
  • Taking a lead in broadcast rights sales for the circuit, to include but not limited to researching key markets and contacting broadcasters and negotiating rights.
  • Attending tournaments on the circuit
  • Help to organise annual conference
  • Assist with contracts signing off process
  • Intern Management: Assisting with recruitment and management of intern support
  • Assisting with budget and invoicing
  • Uploading all meeting notes
  • Accurate recording of client presentations and term sheets within CRM.
  • Management and day to day running of the CRM system. Making modifications and improvements as and when required.
  • Coordinating tournament tickets
  • Coordinating World Champions Dinner invitations for Sponsorship and Television.
  • Maintaining and renewing department subscriptions 

The successful candidate for the role of Coordinator will: 

  • Have experience of working within an administration role as part of a team together with strong communications skills
  • Have worked within an administration, coordinator or team assistant role with responsibility for a variety of admin duties, supporting a busy, successful team

In return the Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £22,000-25,000. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. The organisation offers a company pension scheme, and healthcare scheme.
