Administrator to support onboarding team 

Innovative, award winning and rapidly expanding accountancy, payroll and tax specialist require an experienced Administration Assistant to provide an important link between themselves and onboarding new clients on to the system. 

In this busy and varied part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work from home or in the office, based in Richmond, Surrey. Hours and days can be flexible to suit. Ideally 3 full days per week or 5 days - working 5 hours per day. In return you will receive a salary of 22k - 24k pro rata. 

As Administrator, some of your key duties will include: 

  • Processing Letters of Engagement & Proposals using GoProposal.
  • Setting up payment using GoCardless for new clients and ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with processing AML checks for new clients using CreditSafe and/or Veriphy.
  • Obtaining money laundering documentation from new clients (if applicable)
  • Obtaining Company CreditSafe report for new clients (if applicable).
  • Chasing new clients for signed paperwork/documents

To fulfil the role of Administrator you will have/be:

  • Proven administration experience, gained within a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • First class communication skills
