Administrator to support the finance team - Part-time - 5 days per week - 4 to 5 hours each day. 

One of the UK's leading investors and developers in commercial property requires an experienced administrator to provide support to the finance team  and to become an integral person within this small, established team. Working closely with the Associate Director of Finance and the CFO, you will be based in modern offices in Central London and you will receive a competitive salary of 30k pro rata + bonus and excellent holiday allowance. 

As Administrator you will assist with managing the accounts payable for all areas of the business, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Initial screening of purchase invoices & tracking through to approval process
  • Checking employee expense reports are complete and comply with company policy 
  • Uploading invoices to Sage, via Paperless 
  • Managing payments process through online banking 
  • Preparing bank reconciliations and VAT returns
  • Assist with monthly invoices 
  • Maintain property schedules & ad hoc project support 

To fulfil the role of Administrator you will have / be: 

  • Proven experience within an office administration role, providing support with numerical or financial tasks (invoicing or expenses) 
  • Self-starter, capable of managing your own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Previous experience of using SAGE and or Paperless a distinct advantage 
  • Strong Excel skills 

This is a fully office based role, in offices close to Oxford Circus or Bond Street station - Part-time, 5 days per week - flexible on hours
