An established and expanding glazing and installation company, require an experienced office administrator to join their growing sales and operations team. 

Working in their newly created showroom, based in Weybridge, Surrey,  you will utilise your first class organisational skills, to prioritise a busy work schedule and ensure that deadlines are met and be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers and suppliers. 

As office administrator - some of the key skills and responsibilities will include: 

  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Booking in appointments/ installations and running multiple calendars.
  • Maintaining and growing company social media
  • Tracking/organising deliveries
  • Coordinating with the head surveyor and installation teams to ensure they have everything they need for installations/surveys.
  • Organising/filing paperwork, including maintaining a record of receipts and keeping trackers up to date
  • Handling company aftersales
  • Handling card payments

To fulfil the role of office administrator you will have / be: 

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proven administration and organisational skills 
  • First class IT skills 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your day with minimal supervision 
  • Experience in the glazing industry desirable.
