International Amusement and Entertainment organisation require an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Field Sales Team

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some admin experience, who is looking to gain skills and experience in a fast paced environment. 

You will be required to work Monday to Friday in their offices in Richmond, Surrey, with free parking and great on site facilities. You will receive a salary of circa 25k and pension, private medical and flexible start and end times with your working hours. 

In the role of Sales Administrator some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Input of orders received from the various account managers
  • Receipting of stock from returns (monthly)
  • Liaising with Operations Manager on orders
  • Sales data input assisting
  • Production of sales reports
  • Raising Trade and travelling POs
  • Sending reports 
  • Supporting with retail events

To fulfil the role of Sales Administrator you will have: 

  • Previously worked as an Administrator, within a fast pace environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills 
  • Experience with Oracle would be beneficial, but not essential 
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint
