Account Executive

Surbiton, Surrey (min 2 days in the office with the rest from home)

International digital imaging brand requires an Account Executive, with excellent interpersonal skills to manage the end to end relationship with key sales accounts, owning all Account Management and Account operations tasks relating to customer accounts.

As the Account Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Developing account business plans to deliver the account strategy working together with the National Account Controller
  • Order management and key account support
  • Being the point of contact for retailers
  • Stock management and allocation
  • Retailer terms and pricing - administration in Excel and SAP
  • Ensuring invoices are correctly processed
  • Supporting ad hoc projects

The successful candidate for the role of Account Executive will:

  • Be degree level educated with, ideally, 1-2 years of work experience, preferably within sales, customer service/support
  • Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with retailers
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel 

In return, the Account Executive will receive a basic salary of £25-27,000 plus green travel allowance of £750. You will also receive 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 32. The company offers a company pension, private medical care, private dental insurance, discount on products. Flexible start and finish times. Monday-Friday work pattern.
